The correct location of the photograph on Your Blog is very nearby the tomb of Tuthmoses III
On one of My photos you can see the police building upon the Hills on th upper leftside of the photograph. Kick Splinter
I am guessing that the workers are scraping the hill above the power house area. The trail to the left of the guy with the purple shirt looks like the Deir el Medina trail. Does not look like much more than survey work at this stage.
